Whenever you add a family member, we automatically send them an email invitation to join your Skedi Family Network. The invitation contains a link to join your network and setup their account. Once a family member has joined, they can login into the Skedi app on their iOS device using their own username and password.
If a family member reports that they did not receive the invitation, please verify their email address, from the My Calendar tab, tap Settings > Family Members > [Role] > [Name].
- If the address is correct, the email may have been captured by a spam filter and moved to their junk email bin.
- If the address is incorrect, tap Delete Member, and re-add them to your family.
